GOOGLE DRIVERLESS CAR

Look, no hands! Google's self-driving cars set to hit the roads of Nevada after being granted licence

Nevada drivers could soon be sharing the road with vehicles that don't need them.
The state's Department of Motor Vehicles have announced that they have issued Google with the nation's first licence to test self-driving cars on public streets.
The department said, after conducting demonstrations on the Las Vegas Strip and in Carson City, that the car is as safe - or perhaps safer - than a human.
For one thing, the engineers programed the car to create a ‘virtual buffer zone’ around obstacles, making it more aware than some drivers about their surroundings.

Laser radar mounted on the roof and in the grill detects pedestrians, cyclists and other vehicles, creating a virtual buffer zone around the obstacles that the car then avoids.
Some readers envision the robotic car dropping off its operator at the front of the mall and hunting for a parking spot on its own, but Mr Breslow said this was not quite the case, as Nevada's regulations require two people in the test cars at all times.
One person is behind the wheel, while the other person monitors a computer screen that shows the car's planned route and keeps tabs on roadway hazards and traffic lights.
If there's a glitch, the human driver can override the autonomous auto with a tap on the brake or a hand on the steering wheel.

Last summer, Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval took the car for a spin in and around the state's quiet capital city.
But Las Vegas Boulevard, where costumed superheroes routinely take the crosswalks and massive billboards angle for the attention of starry-eyed tourists, was perhaps best suited to test the car's main purpose.
'They're designed to avoid distracted driving,' Mr Breslow said. 'When you're on the Strip and there's a huge truck with a three scantily clad women on the side, the car only sees a box.'
So far, Google's applied to license three test vehicles. Mr Breslow said the cars will display red plates and an infinity symbol to represent their status as vehicles of the future.
Once they're ready for the market - something Mr Breslow guesses could come in three to five years - the plates will be green.

SAMSUNG DUAL SIM GALAXY ACE DUOS(With gsm radios)

The world-wide edition of the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos is now official.
It's been a while since we saw the dual-mode version of the phone get announced for India. Now we finally have the two-SIM-slot variety intended for for international GSM markets.

Specs-wise, the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos is no surprise. There's a 3.5” HVGA (320x480px) LCD screen, 5MP camera with VGA video recording, 832MHz processor, 512MB RAM and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The user-available on-board storage space is supposedly 3GB, but there's a microSD slot as well. The battery on this one is mere 1,300 mAh unlike the one on the CDMA variety, which is 1650 mAh. But hey, perhaps CDMA networks strain battery consumption harder.
The good news are that at 11.5mm thickness, the new dual SIM variety of the Galaxy Ace Duos is as slim as the original Galaxy Ace and it's less than 10g heavier.
The smartphone comes with Samsung’s proprietary ‘Dual SIM always on’ feature, which automatically forwards calls from SIM 2 to the SIM 1 when when the user is talking on SIM 1, meaning there are no calls missed calls.
The Galaxy Ace Duos will launch first in Russia this June but it will later roll out to the rest of Europe, CIS, Latin America, Southeast and Southwest Asia, Middle East, Africa, and China.
The GSM+CDMA version costs $340 in India, so we should probably expect similar pricing with the worldwide edition as well.

How to remove viruses completely from usb

There are some common virus that can spread and infect your computer through USB drives. These viruses include ‘Ravmon‘, ‘New Folder.exe‘, ‘Orkut is banned‘ and some other common viruses. Most antivirus either do not detect these viruses or do not remove them (just quarantine them).
Steps ----
- When you connect USB with your computer, you will get a window asking you what to do. Choose ‘Cancel‘ here.
- Open command prompt by typing ‘cmd‘ in Run box (from Star+Run). In the command prompt, write ‘drive letter:‘ and press Enter (let us say your USB is E so you will write E.

- Now type ‘dir /w/a‘ and press Enter.

- This will display a list of files in your flash drive, check if these files are there or not
Autorun.inf
Ravmon.exe
New Folder.exe
svchost.exe
Heap41a  Or any other exe file which may be suspicious.
- If any of the above file is there, that means USB is infected by viruses.
- Type ‘attrib -r -a -s -h *.*‘ in command prompt and press Enter. This will remove the Read Only, Archive, System and hidden file attribute from all the files.
- Now just delete the files using the command ‘del filename‘ (for example, to delete a file with name abc.exe I will use ‘del abc.exe‘).
- Your USB now does not have any suspicious file in it. To be on safe side you can now check it with any antivirus to see if it has any such file.
-------The end------
Note:- Disable the Auto-play feature of USB drives so that there are almost no chance of virus spread. Tweak UI can do it for you , download Tweak UI software and install it. Run the program and disable the Auto-run feature of USB drives.
